At Gaki.gr you can create a personal account with which you will be able to use a wide range of services and enjoy numerous advantages.

To create an account click on "My Account" in the top right-hand corner of the page. To continue you need to enter your email address and password of your choice. You may also choose to supply your first name, surname and address. Once you have successfully registered, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail.


/ YOUR ACCOUNT

 

It's easy to change and update your account information online at any time. In the top right-hand corner of the page click "My Account" to sign in and access your account. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Customer Login page. An email will be sent to your registered email address to enable you to reset your password.


/ WISHLIST

Your Gaki Wishlist allows you to save the items that you like, but are not yet ready to purchase. Your Wishlist will be saved even after you leave our site so that you can locate items in the future, or email them to friends and family. To add items to your Wishlist, simply choose the size and color of an item and then click "Add to Wishlist" button on the product page. In order to create a Wishlist, you must first create an account at Gaki.gr. You can access your Wishlist by logging into your account.


/ PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order on a product please select the color and size. If your choice is a set of products for example a Suit select first the size for the Jacket and next the size of the matching item. Once you've made your selections, click on "Add to Bag"  to add the product  to your shopping bag. A message will appear informing you that your selection was added to your shopping bag. You can continue shopping by clicking the ‘’Continue Shopping’’ Button or if you prefer to checkout right away, click ‘’View Bag & Checkout’’.

You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping bag by clicking on "Bag" in the top right-hand corner of the page. Review the contents, edit size and color or change the quantity of items in your shopping bag. Make your final adjustments and click on “Proceed to Check Out”. You have to be registered with Gaki.gr to complete your purchase. If you do not have a personal account on Gaki.gr you will be asked to create one at checkout by clicking on "Register and Continue".

When registering for the first time please enter your billing and shipping address. In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business address or different recipient, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the payment address during the checkout process. Review your contact information, shipping and payments methods and place your order by clicking the ‘’Place Order’’ button.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail, with a summary of the details of your order, which we  recommend that you keep for your records. Please note that this e-mail only confirms receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a second e-mail, "The Acceptance & Dispatch E-mail" containing the tracking number of your package, which allows you to track the status of your delivery online. Please note that only after acceptance and dispatch of your order a binding contract of sale is concluded.

Gaki.gr will file a copy of all orders accepted. Access to current and previous orders is available to view and print-out at any time to all registered customers through your personal account on the Gaki Online Store.


/ CHANGE YOUR ORDER

To change an order after it has been submitted, please contact the Gaki Customer Service Center immediately by emailing customercare@gaki.gr If the order has not yet been accepted and dispatched, a customer service representative will cancel your order and enable you to place a new order with the changes you require.

Please note that we cannot make any changes after shipment confirmation has been sent. You can exercise your Right of Withdrawal and cancel your order after you receive the goods. For details concerning cancellations please read below.


/ PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Available colors and sizes of products are displayed on each product page. If a size or color is out-of stock it will not show on the product page. If there is a product you like to purchase and the color or size of your preference is not available at present, please contact customercare@gaki.gr and will make sure to notify you by email when the product is back in stock in the color or size you require. If a product is out-of stock or for any reason unavailable, a notification will appear on the product page.

In rare cases (for example during sales or festive seasons), several customers may simultaneously select one item, which will then be out-of stock. If this occurs, we will inform you by e-mail that the selected item is sold out. Due to return deliveries, it is possible that a sold out item becomes available again. Our acceptance of your order in the Acceptance & Dispatch E-Mail is limited to the goods that are available. No contract of sale will be concluded in respect of goods that are not available.

We do not offer alterations with online purchases. 


/ GIFT PACKAGING

Complimentary packaging is available for all online orders. Gift orders arrive tissue wrapped in our signature gift box — including a personalized message and gift receipt. To request gift packaging, simply select the “Include a Gift Box” option at checkout. 


/ SALES TAX

All prices are in Euro (EUR) and inclusive of VAT. Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).


/ CHECKING OUT

When you are ready to make your purchase, place your mouse over your "Bag" at the top of the page and click "Checkout". Our checkout process is quick, easy and secure.

/ PAYMENT

You may choose to pay with your Credit Card. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Diners via the Alpha Bank e-Commerce Service. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be transferred to the Alpha Bank e-Commerce site automatically. The Alpha e-Commersce Service uses the world’s best practice for e-commerce payments and is fully compatible with the international security protocols Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode for secure on-line card payments.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment.

Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR). Please note, payment is only debited at time of dispatch.

If you are not at home when the package is delivered, a card will be left to inform you that delivery was attempted and your delivery will be automatically rescheduled for the following business day. Should you not receive your order within 5 working days after dispatch confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately by emailing customercare@gaki.gr

Please note Gaki insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Gaki, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. In the event that the customer or specified recipient does not sign for goods delivered (signature waiver) any loss and/or damage (for whatever reason) from the time of dispatch onward is the sole responsibility of the customer.


/ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time a minimum order of 300€ is required for international destinations. We offer express flat rate of €25.00 on all international orders via our selected courier service.

Οrders can only be shipped to addresses within the European Union and countries included in the territory of a Member State for VAT purposes, such us the Principality of Monaco and the Isle of Man.

/ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We are pleased to offer our local customers complimentary return & exchange service. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same product. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. To return an item purchased at Gaki.gr please contact our Customer Service within 14 days. You can also choose to return your products within 14 days after delivery. Attach the prepaid return courier label and simply follow the return instructions on the return form included with your package.

For our international customers, please email customercare@gaki.gr for further instructions and for the international return shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges Conditions:

The garments must be in the original condition, (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered) and with their corresponding purchase slip. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange your product for a different product please place a new order. Your original order will be cancelled upon receipt of the returning items and you will be refunded. For details concerning cancellations please read below.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Gaki.gr

We are unable to take any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought in stores. Gaki.gr reserves the right to change this Returns & Exchanges policy at any time.


/ CANCELLATIONS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods according to the instructions below. If you cannot return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel via email: customercare@gaki.gr, always within the 14 day period.

Pack the products you wish to return - ideally in the parcel originally provided. Ensure that the products have been carefully packed into one parcel for dispatch and use the included return courier sticker. Call the courier to arrange dispatch.

Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on item(s) of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

When we receive the goods and we approve the return we will be able to refund your purchase within 14 days, to the amount of the goods returned, excluding return charges. If your order was over €200 and shipping was complimentary, Gaki.gr will deduct the standard return cost from your refund. Return shipping cost are non-refundable.

We will refund you via the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with you. You will not incur any extra charges as a result of this refund.

Credit Card: Refunds shall be made automatically to the bank or credit card account used in the purchase order. The estimated time varies according to the banking institution, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that in a few days you will receive the corresponding amount in your account. PayPal : Credits created by returns are paid back into the PayPal account used for the purchase.

Please note that Gaki.gr reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.
